A: Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days unless noted in the listing for Custom Orders or Made to Order listings.

A: All orders are shipped Registered Mail and include tracking information for both domestic and international orders.
Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: We provide a size chart in all our listings with accurate measurements of the garment so if unsure of what size to order, we suggest you measure yourself to compare and choose the correct size. If you need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. All items are limited in quantities and sizes, some one of a kind, so it's imperative to choose the right size as we might not have an alternate size available for exchange.
Q: What sizes do you make?
A: Sizes range from XXS-2XL. These sizes are not available on all items.
Q: How do I care for my corsets?
A: Please remove ribbon from corset and hand wash. Line Dry.
Q: How do I care for items with mesh or fishnet material?
A: Please hand wash and line dry.
Q: What is the best way to care for apparel with grommet tape?
A: Apparel with grommet tape can be machine washed on the gentle cycle, but hand washing is preferred. Always line dry or tumble dry in the dryer on a low heat setting.
Q: Why should I hand wash instead of machine wash?
A: Hand washing on band shirts preserves the image longer than machine washing. Many of our designs incorporate some more delicate trims and require hand washing.
Q: Why should I line dry instead of machine dry?
A: Line drying helps preserve the image on band shirts and prevents from any snagging or tangling which can occur in the dryer.
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and we will address the issue accordingly. A refund will be provided if we cannot correct the issue. Exchanges can be possible, but due to the fact all items are either one of a kind or limited in quantity, we may not have an item available for exchange such as an alternate size. Please inquire regarding refunds or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: Yes, we do! Please contact us with your inquiry and we will try our best to accomodate.
Q: What is the process if I choose to send in my own shirt?
A: You can send us your shirt, but please keep in mind, the size of your shirt depends on the style we can make. For example, you must send a shirt which is at least one size larger than the size you would like if the shirt is brand new (If you need a size Medium, your sent shirt must be a men's size Large).
If sending a used, washed shirt, the size must be two sizes larger than the size you need (If you need a size Medium, your sent shirt must be a men's size X-Large).
Mini dresses can only be made with a men's size Large for a size Small dress or men's XL shirt for sizes Medium to X-Large.
You must send your shirt safely and securely by purchasing insurance or having tracking information or delivery confirmation. We will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items.
